Testament of Sherlock HolmesI will preface this that I have no prior experience with previous Frogware's Sherlock Holmes series. So I won't be able to comment on how much this has been improved upon the last game but this is a pretty decent puzzle game. The puzzles range from simple to incredibly difficult but luckily if your stuck, theres always a skip puzzle prompt that pops up. Also whenever you get a puzzle wrong you get an agitated Holmes telling you to try again, sounding extremely annoyed...2 out of 2 found this review helpful.
Every so often a surprise comes along that knocks you on your ass.The Testament of Sherlock Holmes is such a game.It starts with a bit of VO nonsense in the form of miss pronunciation and incorrect inflection, but before you can open your browser and post, it has you!The puzzle presentation is exceptional and the manner in which environmental clues are conveyed is nothing short of.....well exceptional.The puzzles are intelligent, varied and push your average intellect just enough to get that "He...1 out of 1 found this review helpful.
