Presenting an original story set in the same universe as the comic book series of the same name, The Walking Dead is a five-part adventure game from Telltale that follows the story of a convicted murderer, his guardianship over a young girl, and his co-operation with a roaming group of survivors in a zombie apocalypse.

I have one question before buying this. (PC Related)

I remember hearing awhile ago that there were issues with the saves not carrying over correctly between episodes on the PC. Has this been resolved? I really want to get this but I don't know if I want to invest in it if there is a chance that I may lose everything halfway through.

Well, all I can tell you is that I bought the whole season through the Steam sale, played through all episodes, and my save is still intact. My brother is using another save and working his way through so we'll see if there are any hiccups.

Bought it yesterday, three episodes in, save data seems to have carried across perfectly. Buy it!

I had that issue after finishing Episode 1 but it was rather trivially solved. If you're comfortable with getting your hands dirty mucking about with the save folder, that bug isn't permanent.

Bought the complete PC package on Steam sale a few days ago. Completed the game, no problems with saves.

Must admit its gripping stuff, so I only saved 5-7 times though.
