When I try to start The Witcher 2 it gives me a bunch of errors referring to files in the CookedPc/globals ordner. In my case there is just a gui ordner in "globals" and none of the files The Witcher 2 tries to load. So I just wanted to ask if anyone could tell me if there are supposed to be more files other than the gui ordner and how big the global ordner should be. Pretty pissed of right now. Everything went alright till now, even installed my preorder DLC and now the files/ install disks are fucked up. Thanks in advance. Reinstalling doesn´t seem to work, that´s great also.

I'm having the exact same issue with my Steam copy.   I dunno what to do either.  I restarted my computer and to make matters worse, steam decided to reDOWNLOAD it.  At least I think it's redownloading and not patching.... 

update.  after the redownload, it loaded up just fine! =]

Trying to reinstall again. Maybe it will work this time if it worked for you. Chose other language pack this time. We´ll see...

Edit: Finally got it to work! Tomorrow is Witcher time.
