Witcher 2 story clarity

During chapter 3 when reasons for the assassinations come to light, i want to know why Síle de Tansarville and Philippa Eilhart were in on it.

The Lodge only ever wanted and helped with assasination of Demavend, which was needed to give room to Saskia's rebelion.
If you go Iorveth path you find out more about Saskia's story. She is in fact the dragon and the Lodge was planning on controlling her and using her a s a pawn.

They were framed in the ending by Letho/Nilfgard for all the assasinations.
