I recently started the NG+ mode after finishing the game last July. I got a pretty disappointing ending, so I always planned to go back through it at some point. After burning out on The Division shortly after hitting max level, I decided now was as good a time as ever to jump back in and I'm really enjoying it.

I'm really enjoying it (again) but I have a few questions about how my player level will work with the current DLC and the next DLC (which I'm reading will be out this summer). I started NG+ around Lv34/35. I'm currently Lv42, and just got to Novigrad (which is recommended 40, so I'm a little bit over-leveled). I have read that in NG+, Hearts of Stone is recommended Lv62. My main question is: what level were you guys when you completed NG+?

I know it will vary by player, but it seems most people get to around 30-35 in the base game so I'm thinking there will be a similar consensus after completing NG+. The reason I ask is because my ideal picture would be to start Hearts of Stone at the 75-80% completion mark around finishing Skellige. I somewhat remember the game starting to drag a bit at that point, and I think having some fresh content to play through (which I've also heard is very good) would help with that.

And finally, with regards to the Blood and Wine (which sounds to be more substantial), has CDPR said anything about how it will work with NG+ characters?
