Story.

"It's a real pleasure to cooperate with Sony," said Adam Kiciński, CEO of CD Projekt SA in a prepared statement. "Combining CD Projekt RED's unique artistic vision and tech with the capabilities of PlayStation 4 will make The Witcher 3 a truly next-gen RPG. With Sony's new hardware and our new engine, there are no limits to what we can create in the process of realizing our vision for Geralt's dark fantasy world.

Well, that was quick! I wonder what more developers will (finally) be able to announce upcoming projects.

Well Cool at least we don't have to have a compromised version on consoles this time.

I'll be getting it on PS4. Won't upgrade my PC until I need to. Looks like the PS4 will be powerful enough to serve all my high end gaming needs for a couple of years after release. Exciting times!

Also a next xbox release (Witcher 2 was a fine port). Coming in at 3 is pretty weird but probably a motion comic of some sort since the CD dudes love their motion comic like cut-scenes

Wait, I thought the only thing that The Witcher 2 on 360 cut was graphical fidelity and framerate, I thought the game itself was the exact same.

Yeah, thats exactly what I mean and that is mostly true. There are however sections in the 360 version where they added "doors" that weren't there in the PC version so it would aid with loading. There were also other small things they cut like Geralt's meditation and potion drinking animations.
