    The Witcher is an Action Role Playing Game developed by CD Projekt RED and is based on the book "The Last Wish" by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski. An Enhanced Edition was released in September, 2008. A director's cut version was released for North America on July 31, 2009.

    A Mysterious Tower a Necessity?

    How integral is the quest 'A Mysterious Tower' to The Witcher? I've recently figured out that I should have grabbed the Maal'kad Sephirot from the cockatrice when I killed it. At the time I didn't know what a Sephirot was so I left it on the corpse. I should have grabbed it, obviously.

    I believe you might be able to find the remains if you go back in the sewer.

    If I am correct, this is one of the most important quests in Chapter II.
     
    I'm not sure what happens if you don't look it, maybe the body is still there. Did you go and check it?
     
    Also, loot everything next time. Especially Quest items that don't take room in your inventory.
