    I have to pull this one out of the shelf once every year and play through it.. and it make me miss the Bullfrog humor. 
     
     Anyone out there still playing this masterpiece?

    @GunnBjorn: I remember installing it a while ago on w7 and it worked fine,i dont remember if i had to use compability or not.

    Glad to know I'm not alone playing this awesome game! Only thing I could not get to work is the multiplayer component but that's just singleplayer where you can send stuff to your friend's hospital.

    Oh man, I remember that! Lost the disc ages ago, but I'd love to play it again.
     
    My gaming childhood was basically Theme Hospital, Starcraft, and C&C: Red Alert. Good times.
