The Thief franchise consists of a series of first-person "sneaker" games, where you play as a master thief named Garrett, in a large sprawling steampunk-medieval metropolis simply known as "the City."

Which game should I start with? 


Graphics are not super important, but the prettier the game looks, the better. I am more concerned about modern UI and gameplay.

I say skip to Deadly Shadows if you're not really in it for the story. That'll give you the most modern experience.
