Still downloading.....

I only played the first hole...I stopped playing because it just felt like the same stuff over again and I haven't played a TW game since 07...it looks nice though. Why do people ask for thoughts on a game, yet they never give their own opinion...

A sparse demo, but definately an improvement.
I thought that the swing felt better with much better graphics and a better display. The problem was that I hate (!) the create-a-player, simply because your guy sucks! Which simply makes the game un-enjoyable!

It takes all the things I loved about the previous iteration, which I picked up about a month ago, and keeps them while fixing the other issues by replacing them with mechanics that DO work. I want this one for sure.

Though, they REALLY need to get rid of that nasally voice they've been using for years. "Nahhhht overr they-airrr"

I didn't like what I played of it...I'm going to get 08 instead when I get some money and just play that (already rented twice).

I thought it was OK but then again i don't like golf in real life...

Don't watch or play golf in real life and hadn't  played a golf game since the sega mega drive back in 94. Really enjoyed the demo, was shit to begin with but i kept playing as i got that just one more go feeling from it, went and bought the game the next day. Don't know how different it is to last years but its a step up from PGA Tour 94.
