    Titania's appearances in Shin Megami Tensei stay true to her nature as queen of the fairies. In Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne, she, Oberon, and the rest of the fairy kind that live in Yoyogi Park are brainwashed into being malicious. She orders that tricks be played on the Demi-Fiend and so the fairies turn the area into a confusing teleportation maze.

    In Devil Summoner 2: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon, Raidou can take a case file that involves him entering the fairy world. Once there, Titania doesn't want him to leave, which makes Oberon jealous and the two of them attack Raidou but come to their senses if he is victorious.

    In Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey a series of EX missions revolve around a High Pixie wanting to populate a small area of Antlia with fairies. Titania and Oberon are the last two she requests.
