"G" at animal select screen?

#1 Posted by JustTheThreeOfUs (7 posts) -

I've been playing a little bit of Tokyo Jungle and just noticed that when you select an animal, there is a red number and "G" that appears to be different for every animal. Does anyone know what this represents? I haven't been able to find an explanation for this and I'm curious.

Pretty sure it's the amount of generations you've gone through with that animal. Cumulative, not max.
