So I'm sold on this game, definitely keeping my preorder and looking forward to playing A LOT of The Division. Shouldn't we PS4 duders create a dedicated community group thing, so we can get organised post launch for groups and DZ shenanigans? Any name suggestions?

I currently run a couple GB communities. Here is the community I made for PS Plus games. It's pretty good about explaining how the whole thing works, and why communities are so useful.

They're going to be getting even better, as the next PS update will include a new scheduling feature to allow users to schedule games, and allow people to sign up for that scheduled event. When the time rolls around, everyone who signed up and is currently online is then automatically moved into a new party. Unless they screw something up, it's going to be a fantastic addition to an already really useful feature.

Then once the game launches you look for the community name on PS4 and join it. I don't know how to search for communities or whatever, but I'm sure it's not too hard to find on the menu.

Is there like a party leader or anything like that? How do you control who joins?

Members can join a community by either searching for the PSN ID of the community owner, or by using the community search feature to search by the name of the community.

Once someone decides to start a new community, they choose if it's going to be open or closed. If it's open, anyone can join at any time. If it's closed, anyone can ask for an invite, but they have to be approved before they're accepted into the community. Both of the GB communities I run are open to anyone. Community owners can also ban people from a community or rename a community, and they have control over the community emblem, background, and message of the day.

I'm not even getting The Division at launch, but I'm a big supporter of the communities feature, and I definitely think that there should be one for this game.
