So, I used to be pretty hardcore in the first vegas and all of that, had a clan, competed in gamebattles, but I stopped playing on my 360 for like 8 months now. I'm getting back into it, playing bad company, cod, and was wondering if they multiplayer and all of that is any good and if people still play the game a lot?
For 30 bucks, I'm thinking why not.
Any thoughts?
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas 2
Game » consists of 16 releases. Released Mar 18, 2008
The sequel to Rainbow Six: Vegas returns with a brand new story of terrorist attacks and the Rainbow squad's attempt to stop them.
Should I get this game?
It's definitely a great game. Similar to the first, but great still. Have not played it online yet which is strange because I played the heck outta the original.
What I love about the game is that it gives you XP's for everything, even for kills in single player. The graphics are pretty subpar though, worse than the first one imo.
Online T-hunting is also great. I say go for it.

Yeah it's pretty fun I'm yet to stick my 360 version in my 360 if you want a game sometime?
Beware though I've a weird accent =D if you fancy a game gimme a PM, or just add me from my achievements.

But I could never get to elite in that game...i tried for a week, got halfway, and just said I was done.
It is similar to the first but it's really a complete and awesome package if you're looking for more Rainbow Six Vegas. The leveling up comes a little faster since there's more than just the normal ranking up portion and you get levels from the different fighting styles (Assault, Close Quarters, Marksman). It's really a well thought out game.
This is probably in my top 20 favorite games of all time. LOVED this game. Played through the campaign twice with my buddy coop and 3 times on my own.
I really loved this game, the VIP and T-Hunt modes make it all worthwhile, they also added a update to where you can surpass elite but then it just becomes numbers and a gold elite icon. Overall i say if you loved the first one, thirty bucks for this one is a steal
" it was too realistic therefore unplayable. my 2 cents.. "
" well I just bought the game, and I fucking love it. lol, thanks for the help!my xbl account is MeetR1GHT30US "
If you loved the first, you will love this. I have had a great time with this one and actually did enjoy the single-player a lot, though it may be a little bit difficult to follow the story. But who cares? Just go through the casino's wiping people out!
What I have had a great time with this game however, is the on the couch co-op. You get levels filled with enemies and have to wipe them out, only getting a couple deaths between the two of you. It is a lot of fun, especially if you have someone to play with!

alright cool, cool. I'll add you
I enjoyed the campaign, even though the ending was fucking retarded. The online was lacking for me since everyone just strapped on the heaviest armor and run-and-gun with a shottie. It has been awhile since I've played multiplayer, so maybe they've changed this with patches and whatnot.
It just made me sad because in RSV1 people used cover. I'm just saying, this game should be about camping. If I wanted to play Quake 3 Arena or something I would.
