Has it shown up on uplay for you yet. I got the promo from a 760 as well. I got the confirmation email today, but no activation key, and it isn't in my library.

Edit: Never mind, finally got the key from their website.

It's cumbersome to actually add friends since in-game there doesn't seem to be a way to do it at all, especially no way from the in-game lobby from Co-op. Kinda a bummer, there isn't even chat in the lobby either :S Some weird quirks like that in blacklist.

Added you guys, I'm generally wanting to play the game from 9pm-2am PDT. If you find yourself desperate though you can PM me on the site and we can try and find a time to play together, I've kept trying the brings co-op only missions with randoms and it's almost always a case where we run 2 steps and die, restart and repeat that for 10mins, very unfun and zero communication.
