I was a big fan of the older Splinter Cell's, the one's on the original xbox and co. I was uber put off by Double Agent and this new one cause they're adding too much of a dumb "duuudeee my life sucks being secret agent duuude" story. I could be wrong but hey I judge.
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction
Game » consists of 20 releases. Released Apr 13, 2010
Splinter Cell: Conviction is the fifth installment in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell franchise. Sam Fisher breaks apart from the Third Echelon in order to find the people responsible for the death of his daughter, only to find that not everything is what it seems.
Why can't we just have a straight up Chao Theroy clone?
We gamers are never happy, never ever happy.
Whoah, whoah, whoah. Sam Fisher is a pretty nimble dude. If he can hang in a narrow hallway in a splits position at 50, he's gotta be pretty fit. I was totally fine with Double Agent. I just wish there were more night missions.

"OmegaPirate said:I love re5 too :D i want trying to start a fight - i was just stating look how the community in general reacted to it - i personally fucking love Res5 :D"Becyuse resi 5 was a resi 4 clone and look how we reacted to that"I loved RE5, though don't make thing into a debate in RE4 vs RE5"
I'm in the same boat as yo bro. I loved Pandora's multiplayer, and Chaos Theory. I love them so much, that I edited the page for Pandora Tomorrow. Just look and see :)
That's exactly what I want. I even liked double agent ( I got it for the original xbox) because it was still the same sneaking around with cool gadgets and interesting back story. Right now, I just want conviction to come out and I shudder at the thought of where they are taking this franchise.

"We gamers are never happy, never ever happy. Also they really do need to make another Hitman game, they were awesome.Actually, as far as Splinter Cell goes, I'd be fine if they never made another one. I never really liked the cumbersone feel of Sam Fischer compared to his more agile counterpart, Agent 47. Also, you could do whatever the hell you wanted to people in Hitman most of the time. Fischer had all these regulations. They need to make another Hitman."

I could be wrong but hey I judge.I thought i was the only one that wanted a game alot like chaos theory. i wouldn't say a clone but i felt like double agent got rid of all the good stuff and now this just looks awful in my opinionI want to see ridiculous gadgets, cool moves, uber terrorists to be killed. Something like Call of Duty 4's story but from a stealthy point of view. That would be good. Enough of this solo crap. Also would be easy to attach co-op if it was like Chao Theory or whatever.Discuss."
oh and yea i want another hitman too
I just don't want the original plan they had for Conviction. While it was an interesting idea, it would make more sense for a game like Hitman or Assassin's Creed, not SC. I would enjoy a Splinter Cell game with "moral choices" like in Double Agent, but with an improvement over the level design and gameplay of Chaos Theory.
