I actually have high hopes for this and am looking forward to seeing how it turns out. After reading the big article in GI about this game and it's development process; I'm optimistic that it won't just be another crappy movie tie in game. Only thing that has me really worried is the fact that it's on every system in the known universe. Hopefully they got the console versions right at least. Toy Story has always had a lot of great potential to be an amazing game, here is hoping the developers do it justice!

I loved Toy Story 2 on the PS1 it was a really fun platformer and adventure game. If they can make it look good and actually interject some fun and not just make a crappy beat-em up it could be good, but its a movie game so I ain't holding my breath, I wish movie games weren't always so crappy there are a lot of movies that have fantastic settings for a game but they are always rushed and just rehashes of old ideas.

I have some hope for this game. On one hand, the graphics look identical to the earlier Toy Story movies, the concept sounds good for a kids game, and it's definitely giving you what you would want as a kid in a Toy Story game. I mean if someone told me they'd make a Toy Story game where I can just open world as Buzz or Woody when Toy Story 1 came out, I'd be mind blown.

That being said, I don't think the devs have ever made a good game, ever. So I'm hoping Disney sends some guys to help them who will polish the game into something good. Also it's 10 dollars less than the average game.

The SNES and Genesis games for 1 were great as well, so was Bug' s Life. I sometimes wonder if it's just because of the amazing worlds and characters pixar creates that makes these games good, regardless of gameplay.

I actually really want this. It looks better than any other pixar game ever made, probably because it isn't THQ.

Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue for the N64 was really good, I remember spending endless hours playing it.

I'm actually looking forward to this game.  I don't know if I've yet convinced myself that I'm willing to go out and purchase it, but I'm at least keeping my eye on it.

I'm psyched!  It looks like it will be at least a decent game, and I enjoyed the first two as well.

However, I feel the need to say "silicon graphics computers".

Lol I don't even know what that was about but as for this topic, I can't wait to watch the movie as Toy Story is one of my fav all time animated movies. I don't know how good the game will be but if it's decent, I might rent it.

Does anyone know about the Wii version? Is it worse than the PS3 and 360 versions? The Wii version is all my local Blockbuster has, and maybe I'm bias towards the Wii, but I'm not sure about it.

Ehh... A little late but, me! I'm gonna trade in RDR for it!  (want to play some casual games for a change, plus I love Toy Story!)
