Since it's only available for Peace Walker (they specifically said this) and not for the entire MGS HD collection, would you need both the PSP and the PS3 version of Peace Walker? I'd say so.

I believe the ps3 version comes with a code to redeem it on the psp.

I think that's kinda naive to think, though I hope you're right.

This whole thing seems pretty rediculous, it means that you'll go from playing a great looking game on your HD TV to go and play the same game, only a worser version of that game. Peace Walker isn't even a game suited to portable player's, its hardly a pick up and play for 5 miniute game.
