    I was wondering on the new transformers game can you play co op with out having to go online just regular play with both parties there at the same time

    No, all the multiplayer is online only... no split-screen, no LAN.

    I have no idea why but no offline co-op even though this game would be a blast with two buddies.

    From a PC perspective its totally legit... You want to check it out? go ahead and play it alone... you want to share in the coolness? GO BUY IT.
