The Wii channel screen for Trauma Center: Second Opinion has started to look really dubious to me, and I blame my GF, ever since she pointed this out last week I've been twitching while on the Wii Menu.

I really wouldn't be surprised if this was intentional, after all I've see a lot of similar stuff in Atlus's games over the years.

Looks like a faded spine in the background with the Lung's or Rib-cage over illuminated, but I get where you going and it's kind of funny.

I never knew the Wii had a Bang Bros channel.

Yeah, it's clearly lungs but damn, I see how that could be mistaken for some anal action.
