No confirmation of the release date yet, but you can expect this to come very soon.

Yea saw it, Trials HD is a fantastic game. I'm totally up for some DLC.

That would be a great thing to include, but unfortunately I highly doubt that is a feature they will implement. I think public sharing of your content would have been implemented from the off or not at all.

According to Major Nelson, the DLC big pack will be released on 23rd December, for 400 MS points.
