Twin Victims

Overview

This Silent Hill 4 creature is probably one of the most disturbing in the series.
Walter Sullivan's seventh and eight victims were the twins Billy and Miriam Locane. They are the only two of Walter's victims that have been reincarnated into the form of a monster rather than of ghosts. It is theorized that this was partly due to the fact that they were infant s, thus not having yet developed proper personalites that could carry on with them after death. The twins' infant bodies have been fused together, and they walk around on top of a bust supported by two long arms. They only attack Henry if he gets close. If not disturbed, they'll merely just stand there, pointing at the player and whispering "receiver" over and over.
