One of the fighters in the game Fight Club. He runs Project Mayhem.
Tyler Durden, one of the many fighters in "Fight Club" originates from the novel written by Chuck Palahniuk. It was later made into a movie, in which Tyler is portrayed by Brad Pitt, who has become synonymous with the role. Tyler is a rebel, seeking the pleasure of "setting the people free" from their mundane lives. He started Fight Club and runs Project Mayhem as its leader.
SPOILER ALERT!
In the end of the novel and movie, Tyler is revealed to be a split personality of the main character, who is unnamed besides being known as "The Narrator" or "Joe" as he often refers to himself in the third person as one of Joe's organs or emotions (this was changed to "Jack" in the movie).
