Massive Entertainment, the Malmö based video game company, famous for franchises such as "Ground Control" and "World In Conflict".

Founded in 1997 in the small Swedish town of Ronneby, the software company now based in Malmö, quickly rose to international fame through such popular RTS titles as the Ground Control series and World in Conflict. In 2002 the company was acquired by Vivendi Games and in 2008 the company was briefly run by Activision Blizzard before being sold to Ubisoft on November 11, 2008.

Massive is currently working on a unannounced MMO and has been contributing work to Ubisoft games like Assassin's Creed Revelations and Far Cry 3.
