Alright, this was this game got out of Early Access officially on the 16th-17th of this October. Game design by Nick.T or Darth of Total War modding fame and programmed by Game-Lab studios. This seems to be a mix of the Cossack 2 and Sid Meier's Gettysburg. The single player is just the battle itself, 4 days/scenarios. Also, it seems to have multiplayer, I can't say much about its stability.

Sid Meier's Gettysburg is a really solid game, this might wind up being interesting. Albeit Total War is sort of the antithesis of that game (atrocious AI vs good AI).

Yeah... the Total War AI has always been awful despite the efforts of A.I twerkers from the mod community. From what previews and user comments I managed to look over, the AI in this game seems to be at least competent.

@matthewthebeast: Do you know if any of the paradox youtubers (Shenryyr, Arumba, Quill etc.) are going to try this out? Would be fun to watch.

I'm more in-tuned with the Total War youtubers(Diplexheated, PoM and etc). None of those guys haven't made a video, so the same can be said for the Paradox guys. Although, there hasn't been a lot of general website reviews for this game except for the niche ones. Probably gonna wait for a few weeks to see any traction if any.
