Now I haven't followed the comics much so I'm not sure if this is DareDevil or why he appears to be evil.  But looking in the background but I believe those are double D's on his chest....*snicker snicker* Can anyone confirm that this is actually DareDevil and he appears to be a leader of a syndicate?
 
P.S. It kinda resembles Shao Kahn on his throne from MK. 
 

Oh I see him. I thought you were referring to Ghost. I guess he wont be playable. I just checked and it seems to show Daredevil when he was part of The Hand organization.

Answering the thread title: No. Check the other threads on the forum. The whole roster has already been revealed and DareDevil is not on it.

Marvel had a recent event called Shadowland where Daredevil was possessed or something and the leader of The Hand ninjas. That looks like the costume he was wearing at the time.

He looks like he could be a new sub boss or something...or it just could be a cameo, lots of those, but yeah, good find.

List is up no Daredevil. However, such a good find gives me hope that he is involved somehow. I'm still so bummed on this game... I now just hope they change the HUD its so hard to tell the life of assist.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that thought of Shao Kang when I saw this! Kind of cool that Murdock gets a cameo, but I would have loved for him to be playable in some form. Oh, well.

I still have hope that Capcom includes him as a sub/final boss/future DLC with Cyclops, Gambit, Ken, Rogue, Omega Red, Venom...okay maybe that's a bit much...

No he will be be added in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Arcade Edition.... joking..... sorta.... Lets face it its gonna happen...

He won't be playable when the game releases, HOWEVER, I wonder if there is a flag for the game to remove him from the stage if he is selected as a fighter (like Tron Bonne from Kattelox Island), thus opening the possibility that he would be later DLC.
