I got the game recently and discovered an easy way to do the Red Focus on Pad without having to change the default controls or the way you hold a controller. I made a short video to explain the Focus and easily doing it too. Give it a watch, and I hope this helps some people out!

My street fighter technique has become sloppy, I doubt i'll ever get it right on purpose.

Yeah it seems similar to plinking but if I were to use pad, I would still probably just use the bind in controller select.

@thephantomnaut: I had to do that for Marvel if I ever wanted to play Virgil or Zero and do their charge moves. I don't think it's plinking even though my inputs read like it is. You just have to hit them at the same time.

Nice! I've actually been thinking of picking up a stick for a while now, just because I want to try playing with one for a while. But I've been using pad for years so I'm pretty comfortable with it, and this is actually a really helpful tip because Red Focus is definitely super awkward to pull off reliably with normal controls.
