Gaming Perfection
I really loved Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. I had none of the complaint of length or lack of replay value that I heard from others. Drake's Fortune was funny, breath-taking-ly beautiful and just a whole lot of fun. In spite of my high praise for the first Uncharted and my hugely inflated expectations for the second the wizards at Naughty Dog managed to completely surprise and delight me in every inch of this game.
The Great:
You get to play the most astounding cinematic moments ever in a video game.
The voice-acting and writing are absolutely top tier.
The graphics are absolutely astounding.
The fluidity of animations are near perfect.
Single player campaign is a great length, about 10-12 hours for me... And I'm ready for another go!
Anything wrong with the first game has been fixed, everything that worked has been improved.
It's the full package, a great single player game, fantastic multiplayer and coop.
Fair trophies that don't require 100s of hours of time invested in online play.
The Not Great:
The game is so near to perfection that any little animation glitches there are really stand out.
Some/many cut-scenes are are pre-rendered video rather than in engine. Although I think this was done to eliminate loading screens.
This is the greatest game I've ever played. Bravo Naughty Dog.
