Did anybody else feel like none of the enemies had any hair? Especially the British dudes, who all looked like either Agent 47 or Jason Statham. Not to mention they only had one skin for the big bruiser enemy who you fought several times during that game, and whats worse is they tried to "hide" it by dressing him in different outfits. It dosen't bother me that much but when I think about it really is kinda stupid.

There were two skins for the "bruiser." Literally. Black Pirate bruiser guy at the start of Abduction.

I'm pretty sure it was the one voice actor for the brute as well, but yeah I noticed a lot of bald men with varying skin tone.

Especially in that bar fight, I get that it's the east end of london but for fuck sake every single person was bold

Three. You fight a bruiser in the airplane sequence and he's wearing a turban, I think.

Anyway, it's called "readability". Keeping consistency in design helps players tell people and gameplay elements apart. Since you're running around with up to three AI buddies in the game, it helps to have a few easy to read cues (bald heads, black suits, red ties) so that you don't go around accidentally shooting Sully and then noticing that he seems to take it fairly well. It's the same reason why every single country around the globe has decided to paint their pipes in bright primary colours.

Be that as it may, Uncharted 3 does still have the largest variety of cosmetic enemy designs across the series.
