Three parachutes for four people (ENDING SPOILERS)

At the end of the game, when you're walking toward Sully's plane, he mentions that it has three parachutes. Immediately afterword, he mentions that there are four people. Is he implying that Elena is pregnant?

I watched the ending cutscene again, and Elena says "Hey, this has parachutes, right?". Nate says "Three?", and Sully replies "Eh, more or less". I think you mistook "more" for "four".

Just watched it again. I mistook "More or less" for "Four of us". Carry on. Nothing to see here.
