    History

The United Center is the successor to the great Chicago Stadium, which was demolished after construction on the United Center was complete. It opened it's doors on August 18, 1994, and was home to the Chicago Bulls during their last three championships in the 90's. The "Madhouse on Madison" claims to have the largest size out of any other arena in the United States.
