Would be nice of them to use UTComp because it has pretty good ping compensation.
At the Q3 TNT everybody had aweful latencies.
And UTComp is only a few kb big, so no problem to get in etc.

It's basically the standard in ut2004.

Alright, I set up a server on an VPS in US-EAST
The IP is 50.17.35.57:7777

And I really need to go to bed so I'll try and set up another admin so you can at least change maps and such.

I never got used to the movement in this game, being accustomed to Quake 3, but I'm going to try anyway. I'm running the 32 bit "3369" patch on 64 bit Win7. Is there any need/advantage for the 64 bit patch?

We have a dedicated server setup now, all the information about it is in the thread linked above.

Major props man for setting up a server, has it been full lately?

I can't take credit for setting it up, as it is test0r who setup and is paying for it. Me and Rufi91 are just helping admin the server.

It was full last night for 1-2 hours, almost all of which were members from Giant Bomb, which was pretty awesome.

I haven't played UT2004 in years, but when I heard GB mention it on the podcast, I had to throw the disc in!
