So tonight I got around to trying out Master of Darkness for the Sega Master System, and I really enjoyed playing it. For a Master System game, the graphics are damn good, the music really got me in the horror mood, and it was a lot of fun to play. I know it rips off Castlevania a lot, especially how it looks graphically and HUD-wise, but it still felt like its own game. The game may be short, but it is still an enjoyable game, no matter the length. This is the game Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde wishes it could have been/should have been.

This was my first game for the system along with Sonic: The Hedgehog. It's a great game.
