One of the Vault Tec vaults in the Capital Wasteland. After it was sealed, hallucinogenic drugs were released into the vault's atmosphere as part of Vault Tec's wide variety of experiments. The player is exposed to these drugs while exploring, which leads to a variety of ghostly visions and unsettling experiences.
