Vicious Cycle Software is a developer most famous for Dead Head Fred and Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard.

Vicious Cycle was founded in 2000 by David Ellis along with four others. Most of their work has been with licensed games. They opened up a separate division for these games called Monkey Bar Games. They have worked on Dora The Explorer games, Flushed Away, Curious George. Their most notable work is Dead Head Fred for the PSP, which was viewed well by critics. Their most recent game is Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon. Vicious Cycle was bought by D3 in 2007.
