1001 Spikes, 1001 Deaths, 1001 Patricks: Part 01

This was fun/stressful to watch, really hope it becomes a regular feature. I'd never have the patience to sit through this game, seems much less fair than say SMB.

Why do you feel the need to be in any corner? Do people actually prefer having facecam? I'm not a fan myself, but obviously it's fine if the majority wants it.

Remember when Patrick totally lost it and started monologuing about clay? I think we lost a bit of Scoops in that moment.

I think I remember him playing a couple of days of Spelunky without the facecam, but then lots of people requested that he should have one to see his reactions of defeat and glory

There are actually lots of people who refuse to watch any twitch stream if they don't have a facecam...weird, I know

I love when Patrick starts rambling like the game has broken his mind LOL

Say what you will about these types of games, this one is extremely well designed. The levels seem designed for the player to slowly make progress step by step through it, taking little victories a bit at a time.

Also I've noticed that the time of most of the stages are set up that if you know what you are doing and keep moving forward everything is timed to work out to let you keep going without stopping.

The level of frustration seemed to be way higher than the level of cursing. Well controlled Patrick. I'm impressed!

@cdub901: Fair enough. There's also a lot of backlash against it from stuff like SomethingAwful and other LetsPlayers but I suppose people like markiplier and pewdiepie have proven that facecam's pretty popular.

Really glad Patrick is playing this game so I don't have to play it. I don't need this much frustration in my life...

Going to have much more fun watching this than I would actually playing it. Keep on keepin' on, Patrick!

I just beat the "final boss" in World 6 and... I'm really far from beating this game. This game is awesome.

@patrickklepek try the Xbox One controller drivers, the dpad on that controller is infinitely better for this game

I love how Patrick's little mini-song that he started singing about him being an idiot was more or less to the tune of Hulk Hogan's theme/Real American.
