1001 Spikes Multiplayer Seems Totally Nuts

This looks like one of the potential best games of 2014, which is saying a lot considering the dozens of ridiculously awesome games coming out, I just hope it doesn't bomb due to gamers not paying attention.

That title animation was too fucking clever.

I actually managed to finish that original game all the way through, and even just doing that felt like an amazing accomplishment.

Dig the aesthetic. Seems a lot more legit than the usual half ass "retro" visuals of many other titles.

Looks kinda fun. Can be sure to see this on an UPF at least once.

This would make a great Breaking Brad (in the style of Volgarr) but with Brad and three other dudes.

Wooo. Been waiting for 1001 for a while! I speed run 1000 SPIKES so I've been really pumped for this one.

For this unaware this is a sequel to Aban Hawkins & the 1000 SPIKES on XBOX 360 INDIE games. It is brutally tough. I remember me and friends playing it while drunk and needing like 200 lives to get through the first 3 levels.

i need this game. will it ever be released!

I'm starting to get bored with the 8-bit retro style games as of late. I know there is a unique charm to them, but that charm is starting to overstay its welcome.
