I was never interested in Planet Side, because I never even knew it was around. When I learned about PS, and found out that a PS2 was coming out I instantly became amazed and interested. PS2 is looking amazing, and I can't wait to see what the future has in store for it.

I want to play this. Let me in!

@tourgen: Yeah, im definitely excited for this, but latency could be a big issue. especially for people like me, outside of usa.. I wonder if they will host multiple "worlds".

Well, it is an alpha build you know. The sound effects sounded pretty pedestrian too, but it's very early. I think they're less concerned with polished aesthetics at this point in production.

I'm interested, and a lot of stuff hasn't been done this well before but I'm not quite satisfied with what I've seen so far. Might just be me. Anyway there's a long road still.

Tell the truth, Brad. How excited are you and the other GB crew for PS2? This trailer's gotta tickle at least SOME of those gaming itches for you. And I remember hearing Jeff say on an old Bombcast that he really liked the original, even if it was totally busted.

It is probably going to be a T-rated game, after all. No gibbing in that sort of thing, and that's not what PS is about, really.

It's nice to see that MMOs like this and eve are able to break out of that assumption that MMO's usually have shitty graphics. I will have to keep an eye on this, it could be cool.

It was printed in the magazine, but yeah, digital copies didn't get a code.

If you were a subscriber on original Planetside you should get priority as well. Not sure if that's day-one priority like the PC Gamer codes if just priority over random emailers.
