Aw fuck! I spent the entire day with Persona 4 Arena and THIS is all I get? Screw it; I'm resetting the game. Maybe I can hang out with Xenoblade Chronicles or something.

I just learned that Chie's voice actor has also been replaced. Kind of a bummer.

Oh man that Teddie voice.. it's not bad, but it's not Teddie. I don't think anyone could ever hope to mimic the real voice though.

Even Rise sounds different, but that's just a product of many years of in-between time.

Cool how they incorporate the combat concepts from its RPG combat into Arena.

Yosuke seems to be practicing his Teddie impersonation. Rise also sounds less annoying.

this new Teddie can go f himself. For real.

Teddie sounded like Professor Genki at first so I am guessing he is voiced by Yuri Lowenthal now.

Anyway, Yeah Cie and Teddie original voices have been replaced due to not being available. But so far they are the only changes to the cast and it wont hurt this game from being awesome.

It's just not the same without the real Teddie...

I would love to get that track they played for the tutorial. It's great.

Please have a Japanese voices option. Please.

Should have probably seen this coming, but after spending two months with the Japanese arcade version, it felt strange watching characters talk in that game in a language other than that for once. Not a knock against the English acting or anything, but just a strange feeling. Kind of surprised that Teddie's voice actor isn't back on board, but alas.

Yep. That sounds like Yuri Lowenthal doing the Teddie voice. Sad, but I guess it can't be helped. Rise is still definitley the same though.

The Answer and the Anime were pretty good and so will this game since it is a official sequel.

This game looks gorgeous. I actually haven't played any of ASW's anime fighters since Guilty Gear on the PSX, but I'm definitely picking this up. I wish it wasn't coming out so close to DOA5 because that's going to be my obsession for the foreseeable future. That game speaks to me. It speaks to me in the language of boobsweat.

Damn it blows it wont have the cast from the game, the voice acting for Chie and Teddie was so good in 4. I guess we have generic squeaky anime voice no.3467352 to fall back with the Japanese voice option.

Normally I'm OK with giving the English voices a chance, but since they changed Teddie's voice I'm definitely switching to Japanese voices if the option is there.

Bummer! I was really looking forward to this one, but that voice acting might drive me away from the game. There's no way I can play this with the voice acting, at least without muting the sound.
