Another Transformers movie? What?

For a game that's not part of the Cybertron series, they really seem to be working off its aesthetic.

I'm really disappointed that they've ruined the Cybertron continuity by just rolling it in with the movie stuff. Terrible idea.

@veektarius: It is part of the Cybertron series, sadly it is mixing both Cybertron and the movie world together, which is where the 2 worlds part comes into it.

The only reason ever to watch these trailers is for Optimus Prime as he will always be in these until Peter Cullen dies and is the best voice ever, and I'm not even a transformers fan.

Am I the only one who thinks this looks like the worst movie in the series? I was never so bored during a Transformers trailer :( Even Dark of the Moon got me excited and that was pretty bad.

I thought the two worlds was referring to earth and cybertron. Either way, this has the potential to be really shitty.

I'd say take heart, decent, even good movies have had terrible trailers (Office Space was sold as a Jennifer Aniston rom-com), but...I checked out a while ago. I'm not sure if it was Bumblebee peeing on a guy, Devastator's balls, or the twins, but I'd just spend the money and time on another movie.

As someone who loved both the Michael Bay movies and the Cybertron games, I am completely okay with this, and am in fact rather stoked to play this game. Feels nice to say something positive on the Internet. n_n

I have no idea what is happening in this trailer. Nor does the press release make any sense either:

I enjoyed the High Moon games but this just feels like a completely mess waiting to happen. *sigh* Might as well rent it. My TF addiction compels me....

The last one I played was Transformers: War For Cybertron and I'll never forget how awesome it was due in part to it being a great game, the fact I never finished it & because it killed my Geforce 8800 Ultra. Even after replacing the GPU, I've never gone back sadly.

Why are they even trying a multiverse crossover when a time travel one would be much better.

Even as a member of the tf fan community I still think this looks like utter shit.WfC and FoC were so damn good and now we're back to the license being shat on again because another michael bay middle finger is on the way.

According to a press thing going around it blends the games X of Cybertron with the Bay Movies somehow. I guess it goes all alt universe.or something.

That way that Optimus delivers that first line, almost makes it sound like 3 factions. I can't unhear that pause.

Activision, the masters of running franchises into the ground! Fans of the highmoon games loved that they stuck closer to the original franchise and ignored the mostly aweful movies, trying to link the old stuff with the movies is only going to hurt sales. No wonder Highmoon dont want anything to do with it, id be keeping my distance too...

Yeah. Unless it's a Fall of Cybertron sequel by High Moon, I'm seriously not interested.

I get that movie games sell to the naive, but they're almost always trash, and there's no reason to expect that to change ever.

I liked the first Cybertron game by High Noon. The second one didn't really click for me. Hopefully this one doesn't ruin it completely.
