joker's cool and all but he's not the only super villian was kinda hopin' they would bring out ras al goul or somebody diffrent between the dark night movie the year before and the last game its like WB is shoving joker down our throat... no homo

New villains would be nice. And some better ragdoll physics. And NEW knuckle heads models.

 I bet this will have a multiplayer mode, the official requirement for cash-in sequels these days.

Loved the first one. but was hoping that any sequel would have gone a different direction.

While I'd like another game from the team since they did just about everything right, this smacks of marketing bullshit all over.
 
We can't call it something different because the "Arkham Asylum" ""BRAND"" is too good to not use.  We need to have the same characters in the last game since it might not be good if we don't.  We're too scared to do anything but re-tread the same game we just did, so it's going to be more of the same.
 
Take a couple of years, make it different, no Joker, no Harley, no asylum, expand on the combat, add a vehicle or two.  Maybe it will be good, but i'm back to where I was before the last game came out, skeptical and prepared for shit.  I was pleasantly surprised by Arkham, but this looks like a rushed project trying to cash in.

I'm guessing that in addition to the Joker and Harley, that Mr. Freeze will be a main villain because of the building marquee that said "Iceburg" on it.  I couldn't make out the guy on the poster that was up on the wall though.  Every time I paused the video it was too blurry to make out, but I believe that is the other "announced" boss villain.

Mark Hamill's Joker laugh never gets old.

Pretty nice trailer, it seemed to suggest you won't just be in Arkham for the entirety of the game which I'm really glad about, I wanna see what they do with Gotham. Hopefully it's a proper sequel and not just a rushed follow up that amounts to little more than B: AA+

I played the first one, but didn't complete it. I have absolutely no desire to play another Batman game with the same story through-line. I was hoping that they would have explored some of the other wonderful stories that the animated series explored, especially since the director directed the actors very well in the game. I have no desire to play another Arkham Asylum game, I don't care how good it is.
