My attention span is non-existent! One screen isn't enough I need as many screens as possible!

Given my experience with Origin, BF3, and Battlelog, can't say I'm that optimistic about all of this working...

My computer is too far away, and I don't have a smartphone or tablet! If only there was a console that came pre-packed with a second screen...

And if only there was a console with a second screen that people actually were making games for...

Yeesh, and I though I was cynical. Lighten up guys. These aren't required elements to play the game, they're options for people who like that kind of stuff. Personally while I'll most likely never use these features for my own BF4 experience I do like the idea of tablet/smartphone elements coming to future games.

Why wouldn't I just use the damn game to choose my new loadout WHEN I'M WAITING TO RESPAWN?

If it's anything like BF3 then you won't be able to. That's one of the many annoyances in that game, you're stuck looking at the killcam of the dude who just killed you but you can't press enter to bring up the loadout screen. Stuff like that was taken out after they started the Bad Company series and now you can't do jack about it. Too many things are missing that you would expect to have in your game.

Wait. Wait. You're telling me you can't change your loadout at all?

As long as the advantages of using a tablet don't become so large that a player must have one to be successful I am okay with this.

I might use the map functionality on my phone, so I don't have to stand around making myself a target every time I want to check it in-game, but that's about it. I don't know anyone who obsesses over their loadouts so much that they need to mess with them when they aren't even playing the game.
