Battlefield: Bad Company 2's Day One DLC

I like the  night-time multiplayer map; you don't see those often.
 
Still have to decide whether to buy the PC or 360 version...

God I love the music of Battlefield.

That's why I'm pissed off, they want to be the rulers of the market. Games are starting to cost 95 dollars on Europe. "

That sucks but I don't see what that has to do with used games.  Game companies want to make money off their games.  They don't like it when their games get recycled through gamestop. "

Are people really upset about this?
 
The game has to be sent to print a few months before release.
During that time they can create new maps so they can be ready as DLC.
It also gives extra content to people who support the developer/publisher.  (Or  "takes away" from people who buy used, some people see it like that, but thats not true.
 
Also, DICE said that all upcoming map additions will be free. (As in, existing maps converted for other game-modes.
 
There still might be traditional DLC such as brand new maps and gamemodes (capture the flag, anyone?).
 
 EDIT: Just read the article about these maps being on the disc... if that is true, then that is pretty dumb...

Considering EA's past in regards to how to deal with piracy and content, this is a welcomed idea.

Unfortunately the beta is full of cheaters using a widely spread cheat package that will most definitely be made available to full version. That's the only reason I'm getting 360 version. Sad but true."

I like this idea. Day 1 DLC has my seal of approval. Everyone's happy.
 
Also, lol@the PC hackers. That's the good thing about dedicated community servers. Banned, and done.

Still going to have to skip this because of the securom drm. I like that the day 1 DLC is free if you buy the game new.

Haha when I saw the name Laguna Alta, I thought of the Laguna Seca Raceway for some reason.

LOL, I love how the age gate is automatically set to 20, allowing people to instantly watch the video. Thanks GB!

This game is awesome. The part at the end raised my opinion even more
