Appealing exclusively to late-1990's 13-year-olds wasn't exactly a winning strategy even in the late-1990s.

Everything about this trailer looks bad. The weirdly stilted animation for her walking and grabbing the shotgun, the oddly lifeless robot (cyborg?) like quality to her riding the bike and pointing the shotgun; nothing about this made me interested.

So Lady Nukem is a Terminator sent back to fight The Patriots?

I don't doubt that it hasn't been touched since 2002. The first thing I thought of when I saw it was "wow, this looks like a late 90's PC shooter!"

What a weird trailer. If you're gonna spend soooooo loooooong highlighting the character sitting around doing nothing they better look real good. This didn't.

Someone should tell 3D Realms that FMVs are capable of not looking like shit now. Maybe if they'd poked their heads out of their offices any time in the last 13 years, they would have noticed.

Hasn't "badass female character with bionic limbs" been done to death already? Considering that, this seems inappropriately dull and uncreative looking. Which is odd given the hyped-up metal music and constant panning shots of those shitty model textures, I'm assuming the creators think is supposed to look cool for today's audience. Couldn't be more disinterested.

Man...this is the most nothing trailer I've ever seen in my entire life.

I look at her and can't help but think of that female boss from Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Also the dialogue at the end turned me off from playing this.

@karkarov: Duke Nukem 3D was an excellent game. There were lots of over-the-top things in it, but it was never flat-out stupid. It was dumb in the "good way," and it still has the most fun selection of weapons I've ever seen in a FPS too.

Yes, everything they've done since then has been crap, but at one point they were a high-quality, well respected game studio. People should remember that.

The trailer could have worked if edited down to a 30 sec teaser. With 3 to 5 secs of gameplay flashing in and out at the beat of a better song.

Looks like someone time travelled from the mid nineties and was given free reign to make a modern video game.
