I played it for an hour last night, and I want to play it some more. It seems fairly full-featured right now, I didn't reach the end, and bugs are minimal.

The final game needs more polish, but this thing is really fun. The frantic energy is great. Dying in stupid ways is great. The different characters all feel very unique, for the most part, and I imagine there going to release a whole lot more when the game is out.

Give it a shot. I think it's worth your $15.

It looks like it could be fun, but good God... At some point I need to be able distinguish where my character is in the clusterfuck of dots they're throwing all over the screen.

I already told my partners for the co-op YouTube series we do that this is a day 1 requirement for us. I am SO sold!

I thought that the gameplay looked like it might some some good Metal Slug style fun, but boy did everything else in the trailer kill any interest I had in it.

The Matrix: Path of Broeo

Ive played Broforce and i can tell you its pretty fun but it gets hard real quick. The first time you see each Bro its awesome. You almost look forward to dying in the beginning just to see who you will respawn as next. I got a bit frustrated at the difficulty spike but the added multiplayer will help that problem.

Its a simple contra type game with some character novelty attached. Its definitely worth a look if you can get your hands on it. I swear i played it for free somewhere online. Maybe it was an alpha build.

I saw this shit back when it was highlighted in Worth Reading. The demo was fucking awesome. It's an excellent form of Metal Slug, and it can only have gotten better since then.
