Making your own cables for your own necessities are always a much better option than buying cables. I know, it's so easy to buy them ready. But it's so awesome when you make the cable you need. I just recently bought Ethernet/Coax crimpers and I love making them.

This video is all eye candy.

I had definitely not heard that all the replacement cables from the first batch were also borked. That is one huge batch of fail, and the manufacturer must be well outside their acceptable failure rate.

Those Joust videos are great- I'm starting to think their holding Vinny, Dave, Dew and Joey back from the free members and using them as incentive to subscribe. I mean, the behind the scenes stuff is always hosted by Vinny, Load our Last Save is Vinny and Drew, Random PC game is Vinny and Dave... I love it! I used to own a library on "Computer cables" incl (A/V and all that jazz) - it was in 5 tomes! Crazy amount of different cables - nobody in his right mind would assume how many there are!

RG6 is rather easy going. Try to cut fiberglass cable, so that it's clean & doesn't end up crippling the signals. That's a challenge.

Those guitar riffs weren't even edited in, they're just a natural part of Vinny's day-to-day life.

Vinny is like a Living National Treasure (were Whiskey Media a country). Also, if you're good at something, never do it for free! Also also, crimpin' cables took me back to my early tech days, but the music and guitar riffs really made this one. Nice job guys.

Geeeeeeeee...nice arms ,Vinny! And Nice tools for the job, also. About the cables you ordered, they just plain defective?..i've ghettoed done what you guys did proffessionally (and I do mean that) and come out all right. But at the very least, I would like a nice pair of crimpers like you got, the cable I can carefully strip with my knife.

And as a off the wall aside, I can both post (first one), and properly now! I found out what was screwed up in tools, something about compatability. First time in a year I can do paragraphs, edit, bold, underline, etc.
