music - good. made me think old school sega saturn era stuff. or super monkey ball.
visuals - sonic actually didn't look bad, neither did anything else really. his design seems on point and he doesn't look like a middle schooler's furry drawing.
 
and the world seems more 'sonic-y' and less 'sonic in real world-y'. seems. like i said, stupidly short teaser but I extrapolated what I could. i for one want to see sonic in a good game even if 20 shit ones come out. no reason the character should ever die as long as there's the possibility of some creative team doing something good with him.

 I'm British so I'm doubly not interested, first because it's a sonic game and secondly because I prefer my "colors" well and truely U'd up.

Well, that was enlightening.
 
But then again, from the title I was expecting this to be a game where Sonic quietly sits down and draws in a colouring book, tongue sticking out as he carefully tries to stay within the lines. 
You know, something action-packed like that.  
 
This trailer certainly set me straight.  So a job well done there.

 This game could be good. They should delay it for quality reasons like spring of 2011 delay. Nintendo did the same thing and super mario bros. wii turned out great also galaxy to was the best in the galaxy series so a delay to insure quality wouldn't be a bad idea. SEGA make sure this doesn't suck.

Sonic games are all terrible by default unless proven otherwise.
