Also, Optimus Prime's head looks quite different from the one we saw in the War for Cybertron intro.

I certainly wasn't expecting a Puscifer song from a Transformers trailer. That's really cool, though.

I think that's about as Next Gen as you can go with the Classic Transformers- so props to the people who put this together.

I liked last one that came out. It wasn't the best thing in the world, but it was entertaining. I could be down for another one of those.

Awesome. I'm 32, my brother and I grew up with this shit. We played through the first one co-op over Xbox Live and it was hella fun; glitchy points here and there could be frustrating, but all in all, a fun game and a great piece of Transformers fiction (and Peter Cullen and Frank Welker as Optimus and Megatron, as it should be, even if Welker was doing a cover of the Hugo Weaving Megatron).

High Moon's love for the source material really comes across. Depending upon your relationship with the source material (really, G1 TF), ymmv, of course. War for Cybertron got a little shafted as it was compared to the triumph of Arkham Asylum.

Hot damn!

The last Transformers game was pretty fun and the story was cool for longtime fans. This will more than likely be day 1 purchase for me, though I am kind of sad the co-op was taken out.

I COULD make fun of how overly dramatic they're trying to make Transformers, which is ultimately and elaborate toy commercial that millions of kids across generations bought into... I COULD scoff at the fact that this is just a CG trailer, wholly unrepresentative of gameplay which cost probably cost a SHIT TON out of a marketing budget that could've been spent making the game better... ...But that was a pretty cool trailer.

Vince Dicola music style would be a better fit :)

Can't believe all the negativity I'm seeing. This is exactly what the shit Bay "films" should have been, and it's a follow up to a truly decent game.

That was Puscifer? Sounded really Linkin Park-y and yet not for a moment there. Then again, my knowledge of Puscifer pretty much just extends to Rev 22:20, which I like.

Also, kind of a cool-looking trailer. Didn't care much for how the previous game looked, especially when compared to Melbourne house's PS2 version. That game is BOSS

The first game was alright. I hope they improved on that one.

I think thats a great trailer. What has always bothered me about the Cybertron games is my inability to really distinguish one space car from another. You grew up with Bumblebee having a specific shape and Starscream another. I find myself strangely detached when everyone transforms into a different variation of a rectilinear space SUV. Until Grimlock transformed into the dino I wasn't sure if that was the Skytrain or what.

Oh man, I would love it if they got him to do the soundtrack to the game. The score to Transformers: The Movie (The REAL one) is still some fantastic synth power.

Plus it has one of the most badass themes EVER

War For Cybertron was an enjoyable romp, so I'm excited for what High Moon can produce.

Really weird choice for the background music in this trailer. I don't think it fit at all.

I now have a non-sexual man crush on the producer of this video... two of my favorite things, Maynard James Keenan and Transformers?!.... dammit!!:)

Awesome. Hopefully multiplayer lasts a little longer this time around. Also, this song gives me a Firefly vibe.

Haven't heard Linkin Park in ages, and by now Linkin Park and newer Transformers products are sort of linked in my mind. Also, that kind of really sounded like Chester. Doesn't Maynard James Keenan usually sound, well, less whiny?
