i've never played a deus ex game before but that looked very interesting.  anyone got an idea of what the gameplay in this series is like?

Can kinda tell that this trailer was cut for a Japanese market.

The fight cutscenes really reminded me of Equilibrium.  Hope they do the first game justice gameplay-wise, but looks great so far.

If you wanna put it simple: First-Person-Shooter.But it set some standards at the time with some neat RPG-elements and overall excellent gameplay. You should  Read up on it.

Hope the gameplay of HumanRevolution can keep up with the awesome cinematic trailers!

These trailer are, for lack of a better work, EPIC but from what I saw in the gameplay trailer the gameplay doesn't look too hot.

I haven't been excited a game like this in a while!!!! These trailers have been great so far and I pray that they take their time on this game. If it turns out fucked up, I shall cry tears of bacon......

If the devs are to be believed, you'll be able to talk or stealth your way through almost any situation as well. So combo brawling may only be one of three ways to go.

The trailer made me expect the "coming to theatre near you" thing to pop up.

This better be good because it LOOKS fucking good. And definitely hits the right 'Deus Ex' buttons for me. But still, we need gameplay footage!

I love how blatantly they are ripping off both Blade Runner and Deus Ex for this - that's not an insult, they're looking at other cyberpunk/transhuman fiction, the best of it, and stealing little tidbits that work.  From what I've heard of the score, as well, I'm loving it - a faster more up-to-date Vangelis type sound. I was really skeptical when I first heard that this game was being made, but I've gotta say they have me a little excited now.

This would make a pretty excellent film trailer. While I'm normally an advocate of gameplay focus in game trailers, I must admit this got me interested in the story and world (or renewed it from the original Deus Ex, anyway).

Whoa, is Adam voiced by the same person as Stanton Dowd was in the original?? The voices sound incredibly similar.
