I haven't seen much at all on this game, but from this, I think it looks pretty impressive.

These Big Huge dudes seem way in to the minutia of their process. Not bad to watch, but weird as the main source of promotional video for this title.

I think it's like "The Elder Scrolls" i.e. arbitrary title to tie together games in the series.

What a crap name, im super excited for this game but i never recognize it by title

I have a feeling Im going to play the shit out of this game.

I'm interested in the gameplay, but this segment on cinematics has really turned me off of this game. All the characters gesticulate far too much. Technically it's impressive, but the performances captured do not much that technical prowess.

The scene where the main character dances down the pile of bodies was ridiculous. It was way too long, and the way he was trying to balance down a relatively small pile, only waiting until he got to the bottom to be sick, completely breaks the reality of that situation. It seems like the director was more enamored with the idea of that sequence rather than how it was actually portrayed.

Really just a bunch of poor Syfy wanna-be generic fantasy faux cinematography.

The gameplay looks nice though.

Somebody needs to tell our dear cinematic director that you can get feedback on your magnificent work from the dark depths of the internet and it's shameless commentary.

Also, every time i hear the word Reckoning i think of Paul Barnett and of Warhammer: Age of Reckoning, and every time i see game play footage i think of Fable.

I'm really excited about this game. It seems like it will be sorta like Fable if it was an actual RPG. I've been burned in the past, stupidly anticipating Fable releases thinking they would provide a deep role playing experience, I sure hope this game delivers.

I really enjoy when these developer diary style promos go out. Well, except for the ones that are more "our game is the best thing ever!" and less "here's our process and our intentions for this game."

Everything about this just screams "LOTR MOVIES" to me.

Kind-of Galadriel voice narrating everything in an eerily similar diction? Back story explained over parchment? The musical score played over the entire video? Sort-of similar battle scene from The Two Towers with similar style, setting, and even camera work?

Many others may have done it as well since the LOTR movies, but the narrative and cinematic stuff in this game could not be cribbing from Peter Jackson's vision much more than they are. The fact that they use more fantastical looking fantasy creatures instead of human looking characters is immaterial to the way they are presenting the story.

This game seems exciting if you read me the list of features and lore. But then everytime i see the game i can't imagine myself playing it. It just looks... generic and boring.

I would just leave those rough cut cinematic's in the game and not chance a thing.
